The following is information regarding our products*, our operating hours and our pick up and delivery services.
*please note the following is a list of manufacturers that we work with, we may not have or carry all of their products and we have varying levels of inventory. If there are specific products that you want please call or email us and we will check our inventory, otherwise we are able to order most products from these manufacturers on a weekly basis.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If we do not have the product or products that you want, we can most likely special order them from one of our many distributors. We receive deliveries 3-4 times per week and can usually get most products with in one week. Please do not hesitate to ask for any special order, there is no additional fee for this.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
If you would like to place an order and pick it up at the store simply call 303 494 1330, we can pull your items and process your order over the phone. Our phones have been busy so if for some reason you are not able to reach us through the store phone you may also email your order to lleane@flatironsnaturalpet.com at any time, please include your name, phone number and the items you wish to purchase, we will call you and process your order over the phone. You may also reach us via text message at 720 272 3083, please text us your name and items you would like to purchase, we will call you and process your order over the phone. Once we have your order pulled and processed we will put it on the table just inside our door where you can come grab it and be on your way.
DELIVERY
If you would like your order delivered there is NO FEE. You may contact us via phone, email or text as described above. Please also include your address when sending emails or text messages. We will be available to make deliveries every day. For same day delivery please have your order submitted to us by 2pm, otherwise we will get your order to you on the following day. Deliveries will me made between 2-5pm and will simply be placed on your doorstep to avoid unnecessary contact.
